About
Born 1973 in Ipswich, Suffolk my interest in Photography first began in 1987 when I studied black and white film Photography at high school. After leaving school my enthusiasm began to fade due to a lack of funds and the loss of a darkroom. It wasn’t until the “Digital Revolution” that I began to take the subject much more seriously.
In 2004 I acquired my first digital camera and later that year moved to Manchester. At first I concentrated on Still Life and Architecture, but a trip to the Lake District soon changed this, and I began to focus primarily on Landscape Photography. I invested in more equipment and spent most of my spare time researching and travelling.
Although I still find the time to engage other subject matter, Landscape is my true passion. I moved back to Suffolk in 2007 and now mainly concentrate on capturing the spectacular scenery of the East Anglian region.
